BOSS Valentine’s Day Seeding Campaign: Gifting at scale. Influence without the price tag.

OBJECTIVE

COTY wanted to spark mass awareness for the newly redesigned BOSS fragrances ahead of Valentine’s Day. The goal was clear; maximise visibility, flood feeds with high-quality content, and drive organic hype. As a secondary aim, the brand hoped to secure as much in-feed content as possible, turning gifting into a real brand moment.

SOLUTION

Disrupt delivered a full-scale gifting campaign from start to finish. We handpicked 259 influencers with strong ties to luxury, beauty, and fragrance. Then we managed everything — from outreach and comms to packing, mailing, and tracking. To boost post rates, we offered creative content ideas and product guides to get talent genuinely excited. While we provided structure, we let creators create — resulting in a campaign rich with different content styles and personal narratives that felt authentic and engaging. With multiple campaign touchpoints and strong talent relationships, we kept energy and interest high throughout.

RESULTS

The campaign delivered serious scale. 259 influencers seeded, 165 posted, generating over 236 pieces of content and an estimated 2.3M impressions. We hit a 66% influencer post rate and a 95% content post rate, proving just how powerful well-managed gifting can be.

Average in-feed impression rates hit 31.8% on Instagram and 8.6% on TikTok, smashing industry benchmarks. This wasn’t just reach — it was relevance. The client was thrilled and is already planning the next big wave.
