Educating Through Influence: Building Trust in Wellness with Expert Voices
Approach

OBJECTIVE
Nature’s Best wanted to enter the influencer space for the first time, using expert-led content to educate health-conscious 20 to 30-year-olds in the UK around two of their wellness products: Myo-Inositol and Collagen. Being their first step into the creator economy, the goal wasn’t immediate conversions, it was about establishing credibility, sparking interest, and understanding how this channel could support long-term brand growth.

SOLUTION
Disrupt designed an influencer-led campaign grounded in authority and education. Partnering with trusted experts, a nutritionist, aesthetician, and PCOS specialist, we rolled out a three-phase content plan across Instagram. Each post was crafted to deliver real value, from supplement benefits to practical health tips, without ever sounding scripted. Rather than prioritising viral trends, we focused on making the science feel accessible to all. With staggered content drops and tight messaging guidelines, we helped Nature’s Best show up where their audience was active, on platforms they trust, from voices they believe in.


RESULTS
The campaign hit all the right notes for a test launch. The organic content saw strong engagement and above-benchmark impression rates, validating the strategy of leading with expertise. Paid activity stole the show, driving 939K impressions, 35.5K+ link clicks (vs. 8K target), and a £22.71 CPM, proving the content was not only credible but commercially effective.
The results confirmed a key insight: educational, expert-led content builds a stronger foundation for long-term brand trust. Nature’s Best is already exploring new ways to evolve this strategy, optimising creative product selection and audience targeting to push even further in future campaigns.
